Our money-back guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


1. Eligibility: We want you to be completely satisfied with your Olivia purchase. Our return and exchange policy applies to unused products, in their original packaging, and within the specified return period.

2. Return Period: You may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please check your product's packaging or contact customer support for the specific return period applicable to your purchase.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange: To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
  • Follow any instructions provided by our customer support team.

4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items that show signs of use, or damage, or are not in their original packaging may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may not be eligible for a refund.

6. Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected. Please allow 10 days for the refund to be processed.

7. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product, please specify the desired replacement item when contacting customer support. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

8. Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact customer support immediately. We will provide instructions for the return and replacement process.
