A Simple 4-Step Guide

• Step 1: Placement

Fit the pump securely over your breast, ensuring that the flange (the part that goes over your nipple) creates a comfortable seal around the nipple area. The pump should be positioned in a way that mimics the natural latch of a baby.

• Step 2: Activation

Turn on the pump using the power button. Most wearable pumps come with different modes and suction levels that you can adjust according to your comfort and need. Initially, it starts with a gentle stimulation mode to encourage milk flow.

• Step 3: Expression

Once the milk starts flowing, the pump automatically switches to a deeper expression mode. This mode efficiently extracts milk by mimicking a baby's natural sucking rhythm, allowing for a comfortable and effective pumping session.

• Step 4: Collection

The extracted milk flows into an attached collection container within the pump. Once you have finished pumping, you can turn off the device, detach the collection container, and safely store the milk for later use.
