At OliviaOne, we stand behind the quality of our products and want our customers to shop with confidence. This Warranty Policy explains what is covered under warranty, what is excluded, and how to make a warranty claim.
1. Warranty Availability
All OliviaOne products come with a 90-day limited warranty covering certain defects in materials and workmanship.
2. Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers:
- Defects in materials
- Defects in workmanship
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear or consumable parts (such as valves, diaphragms, silicone inserts, tubing, or seals)
- Accidental damage, drops, dents, or other physical impacts
- Water damage or moisture exposure (motor units must never be washed, submerged, or exposed to liquids)
- Improper cleaning, handling, or use not in accordance with the instruction manual
- Unauthorised repairs, modifications, or the use of non-original parts
- Commercial or shared use (e.g., rentals or multiple-user environments)
- Claims made without valid proof of purchase
3. Warranty Exclusions
The following conditions will void this warranty:
- Evidence of normal wear and tear or consumable part degradation
- Improper use, misuse, or failure to follow instructions
- Overheating, overcharging, or misuse of the battery or charging cable
- Any sign of water or moisture damage
- Accidental damage (breakage, dents, or other physical harm)
- Unauthorised repairs, modifications, or tampering
- Commercial or rental use of the product
- Claims submitted without a valid proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation)
4. Warranty Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim:
- Email us at support@oliviaone.com with your order details.
- Provide proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation).
- Include photos and/or video clearly showing the product issue.
- If a return is required, our team will issue a Return Authorization (RA) and provide return instructions.
- Products must be securely packaged and include all original parts for inspection.
- Our team will inspect the product to confirm if the issue qualifies under warranty coverage.
5. Resolution
If your claim is approved, OliviaOne will:
- Repair or replace the product at no cost to you, OR
- Issue a refund if a repair or replacement is not possible.
If the claim does not meet warranty coverage requirements, the product will be returned to you, and repair/replacement fees may apply.
6. Processing Time
Warranty claims are typically processed within 7–10 business days from the date of submission.
