Refund & Return Policy

At Olivia by Lolafo, owned and operated by Lolafo LLC, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. If something doesn’t work out, we offer a 30-day return and exchange window under the conditions outlined below.

1. Order Cancellations (Before Shipping)

Customers may request to cancel their order before it ships.

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our support team.
  • To request a cancellation, email us at support@oliviaone.com using the same email used to place the order.
  • Once an order has shipped or entered the carrier’s possession, it cannot be canceled. Customers may instead request a return according to the policy below.

2. Returns for Customer Remorse (Changed mind, doesn’t fit, ordered wrong item, etc.)

We accept customer-remorse returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility

Items must be:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • In original packaging

Used or opened items (including breast pumps, bottle warmers, and milk storage bags) are not eligible.

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee applies to all customer-remorse returns.

Return Shipping Costs for Customer-Remorse Returns

  • The customer pays for return shipping costs
  • Return shipping is not refunded
  • Original domestic shipping is free and therefore non-refundable

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.

3. Returns & Exchanges for Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Products

If your item arrives defective, incorrect, or damaged, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  2. Provide your order number and an explanation of the issue
  3. Follow the instructions provided by our support team

Return Method

All returns are handled by mail.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers pay for the return shipping label upfront
  • If the item is confirmed defective, incorrect, or damaged after inspection, the return shipping cost will be refunded to you

Restocking Fee

  • No restocking fee applies to defective, incorrect, or damaged items

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only free for defective, incorrect, or damaged items
  • Exchanges depend on product availability

Condition of Items

  • Returned items must be unused and include all original packaging
  • Used items are not accepted

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refund Method

All approved refunds are issued back to the same payment method used at checkout.
